• Trade qualified and insured, working to a minimum AS 2311; guide to painting of buildings.

• All aspects of painting and decorating undertaken.

• Lead paint stabilisation/abatement - encapsulation or removal as defined by AS 4361.2 Guide to lead paint management.

• HEPA filter (for lead paint) vacuum sanding.

• All aspects of surfaced preparation, including assessing and undertaking repair work.
